These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the carkeysproidaho.com website (the “Site”) and the automotive locksmith services provided by Car Keys Pro Idaho (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Car Keys Pro Idaho provides automotive locksmith services, including but not limited to car key replacement, transponder and chipped key cutting and programming, key fob and remote replacement, spare keys, and vehicle lockout assistance. We serve the greater Boise, Idaho and Treasure Valley area. Service availability may depend on your vehicle make, model, year, and location.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Any pricing we provide before service is an estimate based on the information you give us (such as vehicle year, make, model, and key type). Final pricing may vary once we inspect the vehicle or key. We will inform you of the final price before performing paid work, and payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Price-Match & Lowest-Price Guarantee
Where we advertise a price-match or lowest-price guarantee, it applies to a written quote from a comparable, licensed automotive locksmith for the same service on the same vehicle within our service area. We reserve the right to verify competing quotes and to decline matches that are not for equivalent services.
4. Warranty
Keys and fobs we supply and program carry a minimum one (1) year warranty covering defects in programming and functionality under normal use. This warranty does not cover loss, theft, physical damage, water damage, battery depletion, misuse, or issues caused by pre-existing vehicle faults. To make a warranty claim, contact us with your service details and we will repair or replace the affected item at no charge where the claim is valid.
5. Your Responsibilities
You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or key you ask us to service, or that you are authorized by the owner to request the service. We may require proof of ownership and identification before performing certain services. You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and contact information.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable trip or service-call fee for cancellations made after we have been dispatched, or for missed appointments.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Car Keys Pro Idaho is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Car Keys Pro Idaho and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our prior written permission.
9. Third-Party Links

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
